Visiškas bardakas ir nesiskaitymas su klientais!
Prieš 3 diena kreipiausi, kad reikia automobilio poliravimo, draudiminis įvykis, reikia apžiūrėti, sąmatą sudaryti, pasakė, gerai už 5 min paskambinsime, dingo 30-40 min, tada vėl skambinu, sakau jau praėjo pusvalandis - atvažiuokite rytoj apžiūrės, jeigu nereiks plovimo. Skambinu rytoj, skaau, reiks nuplauti, kad apžiūrėti, sako, gerai tuoj už 5 min paskambinsime ir suderinsime laiką, vėl neperskambino, skambinu už valandos, klausiu, kokia sitaucija? Atsakymas - bandau derinti laiką, numerį Jūsų pasižymėjau - būtinai paskambinsiu. Aišku tą dieną niekas nepaskambino, sekančia irgi. Pats skambinu sekančią dieną, man atsako: žinokite neturime laiko tokiems dalykams, kreipkitės į kitą servisą. Na, lygis " labai aukštas", dar mane patikino, kad vadovas apie situaciją žino....

Kainos kosmines, darbu atlikimo terminas irgi kosminis, kaina priklauso ne nuo įlinkimo dydžio, o nuo vairuojamo automobilio.... konkurentai puikiai atliko darbą, sumokėjau net penkis kartus mažiau nei jie užsiprašė, PENKIS KARTUS !!!!!!!
